Haunted Holiday

Charlie and Steve stumble across an abandoned castle in need of urgent repair in a remote village, which they manage to secure from the local council for a ridiculously small sum. They are drinking to the deal of the century in the local pub when an old man tells them that the place is cursed and that is why the mayor was so keen to get it off his hands. Charlie and Steve laugh at such a ridiculous suggestion. They borrow a fortune to renovate the place but then fail to attract the custom they anticipated. Then the brains of the family, Fred, has a fantastic idea: all they need to do is spread the news that the place is haunted and the guests will come flocking in. So he dons a white sheet and starts to spook the clientele. The trick appears to have worked and business soon picks up. Everything seems to be going just fine until the night that Fred spots another ghost roaming around the castle. But this one is real!
And that is when things start to get complicated…

A Fikász család tagjai Ferenc, a felesége Vilma, a lányuk Rózsi, a vejük Pista és a strand-büfés Charlie visszatérnek, hogy ezúttal a korábban a Balaton-parti vendéglátásban megszerzett tapasztalataikat a modern kor követelményeihez igazodva a kastélyszálló-bizniszben kamatoztassák.
Charlie és Pista közösen találnak egy teljesen romos, elhagyatott kastélyt egy távoli kisfaluban, amit pár ezer forintért meg is szereznek a helyi önkormányzattól. A sikeres üzletre épp áldomást isznak a kocsmában, ahol egy öregembertől megtudják, hogy a kastély el van átkozva, ezért akart tőle megszabadulni a polgármester, de Charlie és Pista csak nevetnek az öregen. Kölcsönökből finanszírozva felújítják a kastélyt, amely tárt karokkal várja a vendégeket, akik a kezdetben nem igazán tolonganak. A család eszének Ferinek ekkor – ezúttal is – zseniális ötlete támad. El kell terjeszteni, hogy a Savolyai-kastélyszállóban szellem kísért, amely hírre majd csak úgy özönlenek a kíváncsi vendégek. Éjszakánként lepedőt húz a fejére és elkezdi riogatni a vendégeket. A trükk sikeresnek bizonyul, híre megy a kísértetnek és megindul a vendégek hada. Minden a legnagyobb rendben megy addig, amíg egy éjjel Feri meg nem pillant egy másik szellemet! Egy igazit!
